In the world of high-level performance, the most dangerous thing you can do is guess. Most of the industry operates on vibes, "hacks," and recycled routines. At Perrilloux Performance, we operate on evidence.

As I look back on 2025, I don't just see another year of training. I see a massive, 12-month audit of my own system—a testing phase for the data-driven framework I’ve spent years refining as a Performance Coach. Here is the reality of the work put in over the last 365 days.

The Volume Audit: My Frame is the Lab

To lead from the front, I have to be the primary test subject for the models I build for my clients. If I can't predict and manage my own biological stressors under load, I have no business managing yours.

  • Total Volume Lifted: 7.5 Million Lbs—the equivalent of moving 16.7 Statues of Liberty.

  • Time in the Lab: 311 hours dedicated to pure physical R&D.

  • The Discipline: 221 sessions with a longest streak of 39 weeks.

  • The Results: 203 Personal Records, including a 335 lb squat and 340 lb standing calf raise.

Elevating the standard of Coaching

While the volume was being moved, the business was evolving. 2025 marked the official rebranding of DMP Fitness into Perrilloux Performance.

I haven't just expanded my practice; I’ve deepened the methodology behind it. We’ve identified that the traditional fitness and medical models are too fragmented—specialists rarely speak to one another. I’ve spent this year architecting an integrated framework where my coaching connects the dots between Performance, Advanced Recovery, Nutrition, and Holistic Wellness.

The Next Phase: Real-Time Integration

Looking ahead to 2026, the mission is to move even further away from "guessing" and closer to "knowing".

We are currently deploying advanced wearable technology, like the Ultrahuman series, to decode the "syntax" of our clients' biology. My coaching is moving beyond sets and reps; we are looking at how your HRV, sleep data, and metabolic stress dictate our next move in real-time.

This work is laying the foundation for a much larger vision—one that involves deeper research involvement and a significant expansion of the physical infrastructure we use to optimize human capital. We aren't just scaling a business; we’re architecting a new category of performance.

An Invitation to the "High-Signal" Life

If you are an executive, an athlete, or a high-performer who is tired of leaving your health to chance, 2026 is the year we build your blueprint.

I am opening limited spots for our 90-Day Integrated Performance Blueprint. This is the direct application of the research and volume I’ve spent the last year perfecting.

The data is in. The framework is hardened. Let’s get to work.
